Some things to think about when using insurance

Please be aware the using insurance for therapy requires that you be given a mental health diagnosis. Some wish to keep their mental health records private, off the medical record and choose to pay out of pocket rather than use insurance benefits.

Our Cancellation Policy

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, no problem. Just give us a heads up with providing at least 24 hours notice. Any less than 24 hours notice and your cancellation will be considered a “late cancel”. If you forget and don’t show to a schedule appointment, that is considered a “no show”. For both “late cancels” and “no shows” a $75 late fee will be charged on the day of scheduled service.

Good Faith Estimate

Effective January 2022, the No Surprise’s Act legally requires healthcare providers to give uninsured and self-pay clients an estimated cost of services. If you are a self-pay client, you will be provided in writing a good faith estimate that is based on information given your intake assessment.
